Grilled lamb chops with garlic and herbs

Cut to use

Lamb chops or cutlets

Ingredients

  • Lamb chops (allow 2–3 per person)
  • Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano or thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Marinate the chops for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill on a high heat for 3–4 minutes each side.
  3. Rest briefly before serving.

Couscous, salads, tzatziki or grilled veg
